How did the company come into being?
We are a story of four paths converging into one. Titan Reigns leverages the hearts, vision and expertise of its four founding members. The four founding members collectively provide over 53 years of industrial experience spanning Europe, the Middle East and Sub-Saharan Africa (EMEA). The meeting collaboratively on South Africa's flagship development project slowly revealed complementary relationships and mutual respect among the founders. Titan Reigns resembles the beginnings of many notable partnerships that have passed in a heartfelt meal. Titan Reins was registered in 2019, but officially opened in July 2022 shortly after the Covid-19 pandemic.

RE stands for real estate, and F stands for facility. Areas of responsibility for facility teams include building maintenance activities such as fire and intruder alarms, cleaning, security, catering, buildings, fitouts, internal office movements, and environmental health and hygiene management (EHS).
The facility team strives to ensure that all areas of the facility are maintained at high standards and that regular and detailed inspections are completed to identify the problem areas and correct the issue.

Titan Reins is made up of four Titans with over 53 years of experience in real estate, building and facility management, all of which provide projects in the EMEA region. As a new business, we had to have full control over driving this business to penetrate the SSA region. And our constant prayer is that God continues to guide us in terms of implementing strategies to guide us on this journey for us and growing our business.
Your background and education are very diverse: how did you descend on your property?
When I joined Oracle Corporation in November 2009, I was introduced to Real Estate and Facilities Management. I enjoyed the space so much that I never looked back.
I worked as an architecture engineer (technical manager) and was eventually promoted to Real Estate and Facilities Project Manager in the Sub-Saharan Africa region. I was part of the EMEA region, but the focus of the delivery was within the SSA region. I worked in virtual and traditional environments to provide construction projects within the SSA area.
It was a complicated environment. My manager was sitting in Scotland, the project sponsor (EMEA Senior Director and EMEA VP) was based in Reading, UK, my project coordinator was in Rocklin, California, the contract team was sitting between Reading and Romania, and the payment team was in India. As a built-in expert, I will attract leaders across the region along with CEOs, Directors, General Managers, Program Managers and Country Leaders.
I dealt with and communicated internally with executives from various organizations and companies. The projects I worked on ranged from development, relocation, integration, expansion, downsizing, fitouts, office movements, space allocation, change management, and operations.
Where did you find the time to earn all the educational qualifications you have? Did your educational achievement range help your career?
To be where I am today, I was able to continue my dreams alive by working very hard on my strategy, studying my creative approach to problems and my leadership skills and leadership style. I had to work hard every day by plane, in a hotel, and at home. I worked for many years, understood the importance of making sacrifices and knew what was ahead, so I was immersed in my research and work. I showed resilience and knew something would emerge from these sacrifices.
As a learner, tactician, analyst and strategist, I have a courageous and strong internal drive. Over the years I have realized that I have the ability to scan the external environment for better decisions for personal and organisational benefits.

We are tenant lead professional consultants across the SSA region. We partner with tenants to teach you some basics related to property and to curb unnecessary CAPEX escalations. We provide clients with advance development expertise that provides the simplicity and clarity they need throughout the real estate negotiation and development process. This translates into the right deals in the right place, reducing initial and operating costs.
Are other staff members appropriately qualified?
Yes, we have two architects and two project managers who are qualified up to Masters.
The LinkedIn page offers offerings including real estate, construction, project management, facility management and more. Is South Africa's economy popular in a certain way, as it finds more work in one of these sectors than the others?
