BRUSSELS – Radisson Hotel Group, in collaboration with Accenture (NYSE: ACN), launches an AI-powered hotel search app with ChatGPT to help travelers move from travel objectives to search, compare and plan through natural conversations.

The app, available on ChatGPT as @RadissonHotels, allows travelers to search for Radisson Hotel accommodations at over 1,000 hotels in over 100 countries through natural conversation.

By starting a new ChatGPT conversation with @RadissonHotels at the start of a prompt, travelers can ask for advice on planning a family-friendly weekend getaway in Amsterdam or a hotel in Paris with a gym and spa near the Eiffel Tower.

The app returns relevant Radisson Hotel accommodations with up-to-date inventory and rates, location context, amenities, hotel details, and interactive map-based results.

Once ready, travelers will be directed to complete their reservation through the Radisson Hotel website.

This launch marks a significant step in Radisson Hotel Group's transition to Agent Commerce (https://apo-opa.co/4w1xwbb). This is a shift from a traditional channel-based booking process to an AI-driven experience where discovery, comparison, and decision-making occur through interaction.

As more and more travelers rely on AI to ask questions, narrow down choices, and plan their trips, hospitality brands need to be visible, accurate, and actionable at the moment of intent.

This change has already begun.

According to Accenture's Consumer Pulse Research (https://apo-opa.co/4fqvOLv), 87% of travelers are willing to work with an AI-powered travel agent to find the best options, and 71% of travelers say at least half of their hotel and airline spend will be influenced by AI in the next 12 months.

Radisson Hotel Group is witnessing this shift, noting that the organic, direct web traffic channels that have traditionally driven online bookings are being replaced by new touchpoints like ChatGPT.

“AI is fundamentally changing the way people search and book hotel stays, and we are committed to being at the forefront of this change,” said Gianni Di Fede, Chief Commercial Officer, Radisson Hotel Group.

“Together with Accenture, we are reimagining hotel discovery for the next generation of travelers, meeting guests from the moment of planning with a branded experience that makes it easy to find, compare and book accommodations at Radisson Hotels.”

The collaboration began with Radisson Hotel Group using the MCP Accelerator, part of Accenture's AI Merchant Center, an agent readiness and intelligence platform.

This helped us structure, validate, and optimize how Radisson Hotels monitors content, inventory, pricing, and booking signals for AI-driven discovery.

Accenture then worked with Radisson Hotel Group to design the app experience, shaping how travelers interact with the app and how it works across devices.

The app connects directly to Radisson Hotel Group's existing systems and provides real-time hotel information, allowing travelers to quickly navigate from a wide range of ideas to relevant shortlists.

Over time, the companies plan to expand this experience to include deeper personalization, loyalty recognition, in-chat bookings, reservation management, travel changes, AI concierge features, and more.

“Agent commerce is fundamentally changing the way people discover and choose brands,” said Ndidi Oteh, CEO of Accenture Song.

“As journeys become more conversational and intent-driven, companies need to rethink how journeys manifest, how they can be chosen, not just found, and deliver value in the moment.”

“Radisson Hotel Group is taking a step in that direction, creating a more direct and meaningful way to connect with travelers during decision-making.”

The app is part of Radisson Hotel Group's broader digital transformation and direct booking strategy.

Accenture helped modernize the group's digital and data infrastructure (https://apo-opa.co/4pPQ78O), unifying its brands on a single global platform and enabling more personalized marketing for its more than 1,000 hotels.

ChatGPT's Radisson Hotel app extends its foundation to new AI-native discovery channels, ensuring the Group remains visible, relevant and bookable as traveler behavior continues to evolve.

“When it comes to travel, it's getting easier for consumers to plan, but it's becoming more competitive for brands,” said Emily Weiss, senior managing director and global travel lead at Accenture.

“Travelers often want to quickly compare options, narrow down their choices, and book with confidence, all in one trip.

“Therefore, brands are under pressure to present accurate, up-to-date, and easy-to-navigate information every step of the way.

“At Radisson Hotel Group, we focused on making our hotel content more accessible so travelers can find what they need, explore their options, and move to booking more seamlessly.”

This initiative builds on Accenture's extensive partnership with ChatGPT's parent company, OpenAI (https://apo-opa.co/4pOOVlZ), to help organizations use AI in more practical, decision-driven ways to unlock new opportunities for growth, stronger customer connections, and more efficient operations.

Accenture is an OpenAI Elite partner and was recently named OpenAI's AI Transformation Partner of the Year.
